What You'll Do:
As a Customer Service Representative at Raevn you will:
- Provide exceptional customer service through various channels (phone, email, chat).
- Resolve customer inquiries, issues, and complaints with efficiency and professionalism.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve and exceed customer service targets.

Duties:
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients
- Answer incoming calls and respond to customer inquiries in a professional and timely manner
- Assist customers with product information, pricing, and order placement
- Resolve customer complaints or issues by investigating the problem and providing appropriate solutions
- Upsell products or services to customers based on their needs and preferences
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement in the customer experience
Requirements:
- Proven customer service experience or related role
