This is an exciting opportunity for a Customer Ambassador to join our friendly Customer Experience team at Birmingham Airport. If you have experience of delivering great service to our customers or similar relevant experience, then this is the opportunity for you.
If you take pride in delivering a high-quality service, while also ensuring a smooth running operation, managing customers expectations and responding to emergency incidents then come join our team of dedicated Customer Ambassadors who make a difference on a daily basis to the quality and safety of travel of the passengers at the airport.
No two days will be the same, you may be ensuring that key customer touch points are covered as required one moment and providing first line response to First Aid events the next. You will be expected to display a considerable amount of judgement and organisation.
