Customer Service Representative
Raven is seeking a full-time Customer Service Representative to join our team. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service to our customers, sales staff, and co-workers. The Customer Service Representative will also be responsible for ensuring that the company's customer records are accurate and up to date.

Job Requirements:
·Must be available to work Monday – Friday from 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (No weekends) with some flexibility on Saturdays.
·Must have a valid driver’s license and clean driving record. Company will provide a vehicle.
·Must be authorized to work in Newcastle upon Tyne without sponsorship. (C-1 Visa).
·Must have 3 years of relevant experience or equivalent combination of education and experience. (Preferred).
·Must have or be willing to obtain a Medical Card in the state of Newcastle upon Tyne or obtain one within 30 days of hire.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £20,030.00-£20,934.00 per year
