We are looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team in Glasgow. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, resolving customer complaints, and processing orders. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be able to work in a fast-paced environment, and have a strong understanding of customer service principles. Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Maintain customer records and update customer information as needed.
- Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
- Providing a high level of customer service both on the telephone and via email
- Handling product enquiries; providing advice, guidance, suitability and direction for repairs and parts
- Accurately update and amend information on the internal system
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £21,848.00-£23,326.00 per year
