Job description
Quest Employment are looking for a Customer Service Assistant on a permanent basis for one of our clients.
Our client is one of the largest suppliers for safety work wear in the UK and is an amazing opportunity for the right candidate looking for career progression with a reputable company.
- Annual Salary from £25,000
- Standard 28 holiday including bank holidays.
- Monday - Friday (8am -5pm)
Your role would entail:
- Processing orders, quotations, account setups order entry.
- Providing an excellent customer journey via email, telephone and live chats.
- Helping solve customer queries within agreed timescales.
- Monitoring outbound account care calls to existing customers to offer additional products.
- Releasing orders to the warehouse in accordance with the correct times.
- Logo setups
- Processing orders via WEB, setting up and managing order portal and encouraging customers to order via this method.
- Raising returns and collections.
Our client is looking for:
- Strong organization skills
- Accuracy and attention to detail
- Excellent customer service skills
- IT literate
- Must have minimum 5 A-D GCSE's.
