Here at Providor, we are a leading provider of Smart Metering services across the UK and are currently have an opening for a Customer Service Assistant position on a full time basis in our office in Newmarket.
The Role:
The Customer Service Assistant, under the supervision of the Customer Service Senior, plays a crucial role in facilitating the daily operations of the company by handling incoming communications from clients and addressing customer enquiries.
Within a dynamic office setting, this position involves a wide range of administrative responsibilities to support the company's overall functioning.
It's a diverse role that offers numerous chances for skill enhancement and personal growth.
Specific Roles and Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls from our clients and customers
- Making outbound confirmation calls to customers to confirm their appointments
- Responding to general enquires emails for customers and clients
- Vetting and creating emergency appointments for customers
- To ensure accurate flags and notes are left on customer job cards
- To create audit appointment for our auditing team as and when required
- Respond to Trustpoilot reviews
- General database administration
- To achieving and maintaining SLAs within the center
- To work toward your personal targets and KPI’s
The Individual:
- Excellent communication skills
- A good telephone manner
- The ability to record information with a high degree of accuracy
- Be self-disciplined and self-motivating
- Excellent attention to detail
- Office experience
