Are you looking for a full time job that’s educational and varied? We’re on the lookout for Customer Service Assistant to join our UK team.

What we are looking for

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a polite, eloquent, and out-going demeanour
  • The confidence and ability to engage with our customers and colleagues across our businesses
  • Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment (desirable)
  • Great Microsoft skills and the ability to pick up new systems quickly and easily
  • Bags of personality with plenty of initiative

In this varied and very lively role, you’ll be communicating with our customers through a variety of channels, whether that’s on the telephone, via email, social media or through ‘live chat’.

You’ll be providing answers to customers enquiries, giving information and advice, placing customer orders via the dedicated booking system, or resolving customer complaints and problems in a proactive, solutions focused way.

Every customer is different, so you’ll identify each customers’ individual needs, making sure to clarify information, research every issue, and provide a solution. Despite handling a high call volume and maintaining a rapid response rate

We have full-time and part-time hours available. Due to the 7-day nature of the business this would include weekends and bank holidays as required.
