Responsibilities:
· To provide first class customer service to our valued customers
· Communicate professionally with customers via email, Live Chat, social and phone when required
· Politely deal with customer complaints, taking ownership and seek to find the right solution
· Support the stores with any query offering advice / guidance when required
· Aim to provide excellent after sales care for our customer order facility
· Be aware of department standards and adhere to at all times
· Understand the layout of the department, different teams and management structure
· Acquire a sound knowledge of store locations, regions and divisions
· Demonstrate good understanding of all systems and all other associated sites
· Take responsibility for your own development and aim to understand all tasks and processes
· Meet targets set to you by the management team
· Ensure GDPR processes are being fully followed
· Uphold OFFICE’s reputation by being a great ambassador for the brand
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £6.83-£11.00 per hour
