Salary: £10.90 per hour/ £3,125.93 pro rata'd (£21,029 FTE)
Hours: 5.5 hours per week average
Location: Paignton Library
Closing date: 9am on Monday 10th July 2023
Interview date: Thursday 20th July at Paignton Library
We’re looking for a Customer Service Assistant to join our team at Paignton Library. Sitting at the heart of the community, the library is a welcoming space with access to books, digital resources, events and activities for people of all ages to enjoy.
In this role, you will have a key role in helping customers at every stage of their lives to get the most out of our services, supporting them with a range of queries and providing IT and digital assistance to enable people to connect with the wider world. You’ll also get to unleash your creativity and develop your event planning and marketing skills, working with colleagues to plan, promote and deliver events and activities built with the local community in mind.
You don’t need qualifications or previous experience to join us – we’ll give you all the relevant training you’ll need. It’s your passion for helping others, strong IT skills, and your excellent organisation skills that are more important to us.
