Customer Service Assistant (Job ref: ICM001)
Salary: £10.90 per hour
Hours: 5.5 hours per week average (see working pattern below)
Location: Ilfracombe & Combe Martin Library
Closing date: 9am on Wednesday 10th May
Interview date: Friday 19th May at Ilfracombe Library
Working Pattern
Week 1:
Tuesday 9.30am – 2pm (at Ilfracombe Library)
Week 2:
Friday 1pm – 5pm (at Ilfracombe Library)
Saturday 9.45am – 12.15pm (at Combe Martin Library)
We are looking for an enthusiastic people-focused person to join our customer service team at Ilfracombe & Combe Martin Libraries.
The successful candidate will deliver a friendly, proactive, and responsive frontline service, ensuring the best possible customer experience for all.
The successful candidate will take an active part in delivering a wide range of services, which may include children’s events and activities, and will involve some lone working.
We are looking for someone with good digital skills and a love of reading who will enjoy working with people of all ages.
