Situated in the heart of the historic university city of Oxford, this beautiful 17th-century coaching-inn looks over the Examination Halls and Magdalen Tower.
Are you a responsible, customer-oriented individual looking for an exciting opportunity in the hospitality industry? We are currently seeking a dedicated Car Park Attendant to join our team at Mercure Oxford Eastgate Hotel, a prestigious hotel renowned for its exceptional service and luxurious accommodations.
Requirements:
- Sunday Availability- 8am-1pm
- Hold UK Driving Licence for at least 2 years
About the Role:
- Greet guests with a warm and friendly attitude upon their arrival and departure from the hotel car park.
- Assist guests in finding and parking cars, ensuring efficient utilisation of the car park.
- Provide excellent customer service by answering guests' inquiries, providing directions, and offering assistance with luggage or other needs.
- Collaborate with the hotel's front desk to ensure a seamless guest experience.
