Job description
Our customer service department is looking for a responsible, friendly and enthusiastic person with strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills. This individual will be responsible for answering inbound calls, scheduling routine maintenance and guiding customers through the troubleshooting process. We're looking to hire a person who's excited about learning new software as well as providing excellent and professional customer support.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Part-time hours: 16-40 per week
Salary: £20,279.00-£21,305.00 per year
