Responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative:
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and deliver high-quality results.
- Support the sales team in creating proposals, identifying potential leads, and closing deals.
- Attend and actively participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and campaign planning discussions.
- Provide friendly and thoughtful customer service, ensuring customer queries are promptly addressed and resolved.
- Build strong relationships with customers and colleagues to foster a collaborative environment and achieve success together.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of marketing strategies to generate leads and drive sales.
- Actively participate in team meetings, offering valuable input and insights as necessary.
- Adapt quickly to changing priorities and efficiently handle multiple tasks to meet sales targets.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Demonstrated ability to handle difficult customer situations with patience and professionalism.

Salary: £23,160.00-£24,060.00 per year
