We are looking for an enthusiastic individual who has excellent organisational skills and a flexible approach to work. The ability to use your own initiative, to prioritise your workload and work calmly under pressure is an essential aspect of this role. Furthermore, you will require an ability to work with a broad range of people whilst understanding the need to remain professional when dealing with highly sensitive information.
You must be competent in the use of Microsoft Office suite, able to maintain confidentiality and act in a supervisory capacity to support and manage admin support staff.

We are looking for an enthusiastic, dynamic and committed Senior Secretary with excellent organisational and communication skills to support the clinical team and patients within the Sexual Health Service. This postholder will have particular responsibility for complex contraception clinic bookings and the staffing of reception areas.
The post holder will be required to demonstrate a significant level of initiative in organising their workload and in making decisions and taking action in accordance with departmental policy.
Applicants should be an enthusiastic and ambitious as there is scope in the role for development.
They will be responsible for all secretarial duties relating to Contraception clinics, ensuring all urgent matters receive immediate attention or are brought to the attention of appropriate person regularly liaising with Directorate Support Manager to ensure departmental priorities are met.
