Contract: 6 months (possible extension)
Hours: Full-time – 35 hours/week

About the Role
You will be responsible for delivering excellent customer service to our tenants based at our Bradford Customer Service Contact Centre. This is a generic and rewarding role - and a challenging one. You will be required to take incoming calls from our tenants, diagnose repairs, liaising with contractors, keeping tenants up to date, making outbound call to improve the overall service levels and will be committed to Habinteg’s inclusive housing mission.
About You

You will have experience and knowledge of housing. You will be flexible and agile in your approach, being able to adapt to different circumstances and service demands.s.
