Job description – Customer Service Assistant
In this Customer Service Assistant job, you will be liaising with clients in an Account Management capacity, helping them to discern insight and strategy based on the key performance metrics put together through the data science model. The role will be dynamic and varied, with the opportunity to rapidly progress in the Customer Success team, developing marketing and attribution expertise. Future opportunities to move departments (e.g. Product / Sales) will be available once you have gained the domain expertise required.
Key responsibilities - Customer Service Assistant
In this Graduate Customer Service Assistant opportunity in London, your responsibilities will include:
- Support and learn from Heads of Onboarding and Customer Success on matters specific to the firm’s clients
- Own and project manage client onboarding, including ensuring quality for customers
- Become a go-to expert in Marketing and the business's products, and provide ongoing client training on these
- Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions, according to customer needs and objectives
- Forecast and track key account metrics, identify, and help realise upsell opportunities; grow opportunities within the customer base, and collaborate with our sales team to ensure growth attainment, and realise upsell opportunities.
- Continually strive to provide the best customer service possible and exceed expectations
Job requirements - Customer Service Assistant
For this Graduate Customer Service Assistant role, you will need:
- A 2.1 degree from university, ideally in Marketing, Business, or a Data related subject
- Working knowledge of MS Excel (formulas, pivot tables, macros…) and MS PPT
- You enjoy working with data; pulling reports & data analysis to get the best insights to our customers; experience with data visualisation is a plus
- Capable of producing high-quality presentation decks for client meetings, overall owner, and responsibility for getting contributors to provide content on time
- Demonstrated interest or experience in Search or Social Marketing (internships and contract work count), Marketing experience (Google Analytics), understanding of performance Marketing
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
