Job description

As a Customer Service Advisor, we are looking for someone with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, empathy for customers, patience and calmness under pressure, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.

Your main responsibilities will include:

  • Handling inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers, providing them with the information and support they need.
  • Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that the customer's needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
  • Updating customer information in our database and ensuring that it is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Collaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience, from order processing to product delivery.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve our customer service processes and procedures, and working with the team to implement changes.

Requirements:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent
  • Some customer service experience
  • Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office a
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and handle difficult customers, are essential.
  • A positive attitude, empathy, patience, and a willingness to learn and adapt

This is an on-site position specifically based in Harrow, North London.

Salary: From £22,849.00 per year
