As a Customer Service Advisor, we are looking for someone with excellent communication and problem-solving skills, empathy for customers, patience and calmness under pressure, attention to detail, and a positive attitude.
Your main responsibilities will include:
- Handling inbound calls, emails, and chats from customers, providing them with the information and support they need.
- Resolving customer issues in a timely and efficient manner, ensuring that the customer's needs are met and their expectations exceeded.
- Updating customer information in our database and ensuring that it is accurate and up-to-date.
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure a smooth customer experience, from order processing to product delivery.
- Identifying opportunities to improve our customer service processes and procedures, and working with the team to implement changes.
Requirements:
- A high school diploma or equivalent
- Some customer service experience
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office a
- Strong interpersonal skills, including the ability to build rapport and handle difficult customers, are essential.
- A positive attitude, empathy, patience, and a willingness to learn and adapt
