We started as a family business created by ‘Mum & Dad’, Liz and Paul, and have continued to grow our Elizabeths family with daughter Lisa at the helm.

Who We Work With
We work in partnership with 150 schools. The back to school 6 weeks is our peak trading with a deluge of customers using our service for the first time as well as the repeat customers.
Job Description
This is a summer temporary position and have a flexible timetable. We have varying shifts to suit people's requirements.
Main Purpose:
- Assisting the customer with sizing and advice for school uniforms
- Delighting the customer, so they leave with the correct uniform and a smile
- Customer Care and call handling
- A key member of the retail team
Core Accountabilities:
- Delight each and every customer
- Sell the appropriate garments to the customer for their requirements
- Take orders for primary schools from the store and accurately record of all information.
- To create a positive experience for all customers where the customer leaves smiling.
- Shop replenishment
- Effectively resolve any customer queries and concerns ensuring all action taken is within guidelines.
- Closely work with your store manager to help grow sales.
- Demonstrate teamwork at every opportunity.
- Offer advice and actively listen to each customer

- Work closely with the store manager to create a warm, friendly environment for all stakeholders
- Focus on solutions for the customer and their enquiry
- Enjoy working in a busy store
- Adhere to the family business ethics and values.
- Work with the store manager to help grow the overall business.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract, Fixed term contract
Contract length: 3 months
Part-time hours: 16-20 per week
Salary: Up to £10.42 per hour
