Daily Dose rescues fruit and veg that’s too ugly/big/wonky for supermarkets and would otherwise be thrown away and turns them in to delicious cold pressed juice, free from anything artificial and never heat treated, to ensure all the goodness goes to you.
We are looking for a part time Customer Service Assistant to join our operations team. Your role will be to provide an efficient and personable experience of getting our juice to its final destinations.
The ideal candidate will be someone with the intention of building a career in Relationship Management with a can-do attitude and creative solution finding skills.
This role will include:
What will the job involve:
- Account set up and onboarding of new stockists
- Answering emails and phone calls from our brilliant stockists and customers
- Creating sales orders and invoices
- Basic logistics and vehicle routing
- Owning external shipments, tracking and delivery of orders and any related enquiries
- Liaising with the warehouse manager and CS executive
Working hours: 8am to 4pm

· Excellent organisation skills, an ability to prioritise and work independently

While we value past experience in the field, attitude and drive to bring positive change to the role are far more important. Hands on experience working in hospitality or events would be very welcomed.
