Customer Service Representative
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Sales Representative to join our team and contribute to our commitment to customer satisfaction. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-centric mindset, and a passion for sales.
Duties:
- Interact with customers via face to face channels
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring a positive customer experience
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and provide regular reports to the sales manager
- Maintain customer records and update information as needed
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance the customer experience

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £24,709.00-£26,939.00 per year
