City Sightseeing Glasgow are currently recruiting for Customer Service Assistants to join their team throughout the summer season. You will be based at our designated bus stop at George Square, next to the City Chambers.
Your main responsibility will be welcoming and assisting customers, ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.
Your main aim is to make sure that their Sightseeing Tour is the best tour they’ve experienced by providing excellent customer service.
If you have previous customer service or sales experience, enjoy working outdoors, and have a good knowledge of Glasgow we would like to hear from you.
This is a seasonal vacancy and we have part time hours available.
Job Types: Part-time, Temporary contract
Contract length: 4 months
Part-time hours: 10 per week
Salary: £11.25 per hour
