ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for an enthusiastic individual with a can-do attitude to fulfil the role of the dedicated services assistant. The purpose of this role is to provide support to our clients offices supporting meal prep and office administration.

PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Making drink and snack orders through our internal system
  • Ordering staff lunches and ensuring the correct orders arrive on time, following up on any order queries
  • Restocking and maintaining all consumable items, ensuring items are fresh and replenished at all times
  • Ensuring all confectionery and fresh fruit are displayed as per the clients requirement
  • Cleaning and preparing coffee machines ensuring fresh coffee is always available
  • Maintain cleanliness across all work areas, kitchens, fridges, coffee machines etc.
  • Raising complaints or feedback to the client's internal system.
  • Serving snacks and drinks in meeting rooms when required
  • Preparing fruit salads
  • Supporting other internal team members such as facilities and EA’s

SALARY/RATE

  • £12.00 p/h ( Rate to be reviewed after probation)
