Our company is seeking energetic and motivated individuals to take on the role of Customer Service Representative. The ideal candidate for this position has experience in the retail or customer service industry and a strong committment to customer satisfaction. The successful candidate for this position will be responsible for providing information about products, answering questions, booking jobs, and resolving any customer issues in person or over the phone.
Responsibilities:
- Provide excellent customer service on the telephone and in person.
- Answer telephone calls and respond to email inquiries.
- Deal with customers across a wide range of industries.
- Provide information from product brochures, price lists, and e-commerce sites.
- Recommend products to customers.
- Ensure social media channels are fully stocked with information about company products.
- Handle customer disputes about products or services.
- Perform administrative duties related to the job, such as ordering supplies and keeping records.
- Social media, online marketing
Salary depends on expirience, individually negotiated.
Pay starting from £21000 PA oportunity to develope personal skills and pay rise along with expirience.
Working hours 7-17 including 1h breakes. Rotatings Saturdays 7-12 paid as overtime.
