Position Customer Service Assistant
Reports To Customer Service Supervisor
Location Richmond upon Thames/Hybrid remote working
Responsibilities:
· Support achieving monthly Amazon sales targets
· Processing all orders received from Amazon and ensure that orders are picked, packed, and shipped on time, in full
· Liaising with our 3PL warehouse, advising of required product rework in advance of despatch
· Monitoring backorders ensuring that they are despatched upon stock becoming available
· Work to resolve any issues that prevent the 3pl distribution centre from despatching customer orders
· Work alongside the Amazon sales team ensuring that stock is reserved / released as required
· Tracking stock on allocation and that Sales Orders are within the volumes issued by the business
· Support the set-up of new listings across retailers through
a. creation of new line forms
b. shipment of samples to retailers
· Service ad-hoc retailer requests e.g., completion of web data forms
· Servicing retailers with product images to be used online and in catalogues
· Supporting Operations team in periods of high workload and holiday / sickness
· To undertake any ad hoc tasks as directed by your manager
Skills and Qualifications:
- Excellent attention to detail
- Strong time management skills
- Communication skills with both colleagues and customers (written and verbal)
- Organisation skills
- Experience working in import logistics preferred
- Knowledge of logistics systems, ideally within a retail distribution setting
- MS office
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £25,000.00-£27,000.00 per year
