The Role
Customer Service Assistant – Heathrow Airport - £13.00 per hour – Temporary for 4 months with the possibility of permanent opportunities after this initial period.
Shifts are 4 on, 4 off 7:30am to 6:30pm.

Please note that all vans used are left hand drive; all applicants must be able to drive these vehicles.

What you’ll do
- Be responsible for the daily management of incoming work order
- Deliver a Work Order to different addresses and through different routes
- Prepare, inspect and operate the E-GAP Charging Van
- Ensure daily maintenance.
- Provide directly Autonomous Maintenance, in accordance with Technology Dept, by continuously monitoring their equipment (E-GAP system and Van) and performing minor maintenance tasks.
- Cooperates with E-GAP Customer Service in order to resolve potential clients’ complaints
- Provide firsthand technical support during recharging operations
- Reach and maintain operational KPIs while driving our charging system and optimizing charging performance.
- Be informed, get involved, and make things happen. Ensure quality and service excellence
What you’ll bring

- Valid, clean driving license
- Experience working with operational/logistics teams in a fast-paced environment
- A keen and energetic attitude towards improving our operations while driving results.
- Customer-oriented mindset and prioritise the interest of customers
- Good computer knowledge and literacy
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills in English.
