AFC is an ambitious organisation looking towards further success and long-term sustainability in support of our football team by adding value across every area of our day-to-day business for the overall benefit of our staff, supporters and clients.
We are hiring 2 Customer Service Assistants to join the Club on an ad hoc basis. The role will involve working home matchdays, handling customer enquiries via telephone, email and face to face along with supporting the department reach targets for ticket sales and memberships.
Applicants do not require previous customer service experience, although it is desirable.

This is an ad hoc contract which will involve weekend work. Due to the nature of this role, hybrid working is not available.
