We are looking for a Customer Service Apprentice to join team!
Location: Leeds
Purpose of the Role
To support the Customer Services Team and Manager to deliver a professional, friendly, and efficient customer service including a warm Sika welcome for visitors to our site, in line with Sika's Values and Principles.

What you need to bring to the table:
- Professional, self-motivated and confident outlook.

- Motivated to deliver great results and comfortable in taking the responsibility to do so
A minimum of Level 5 in (Level 2 GCSE or equivalent) Maths & English
- Experience in a customer focused environment
- The right to work and reside in the UK
Additional Information
Salary: Up to £24,000 per annum
3 year apprenticeship: To include L2 Customer Service Practitioner for 12 months followed by L3 Customer Service Specialist for 18 months.
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week; Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 17:00
Planned Start Date: October 2023
Job Types: Full-time, Fixed term contract, Apprenticeship
Contract length: 36 months
