As the Customer Service and Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our customers have an outstanding experience from the moment they inquire about our services to the final installation of their products.
Key Responsibilities:

- Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate our customer service and operations team to consistently achieve excellence.

- Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control, ensuring that products are readily available for installation while minimizing excess inventory.
- Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards in our products and services.
- Problem Resolution: Handle customer concerns and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
- Data Analysis: Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve departmental performance.
- Operations: Oversee the general day to day operations
