Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate our customer service and operations team to consistently achieve excellence.
  • Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficient systems to enhance departmental performance.
  • Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control, ensuring that products are readily available for installation while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Quality Assurance: Maintain high-quality standards in our products and services.
  • Problem Resolution: Handle customer concerns and issues with professionalism and efficiency.
  • Data Analysis: Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve departmental performance.
  • Operations: Oversee the general day to day operations
