Today, the Twickets marketplace connects fans via both website and app across three continents allowing them to trade with each other at strictly no more than face value. About The Role
We are looking for a hard-working customer service agent who’s interested in flexible, part-time work. You will mainly work from home following initial online training. The basic hours will be on Saturdays and Sundays, but additional hours would be available at busier times.
Key responsibilities:
- Respond to customer service issues via email and social media with speed, accuracy and positivity
- Resolve customer complaints fairly and consistently
Must haves:
- Keen attention to detail
- Excellent written communication skills
- Natural at problem-solving
- Excellent time management and administrative skills
- A regular event or gig-goer
Job Type: Zero hours contract
Salary: £11.00 per hour
