Key daily responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat
- Providing excellent customer service by addressing customer needs and resolving issues in a timely and effective manner
- Entering and maintaining accurate customer data in our database
- Collaborating with other team members to ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction
- Staying up-to-date with product knowledge to effectively assist customers
- Identifying areas of improvement and making recommendations to enhance customer experience
