Salary: £25240
Hours of work: 5 out of 7 - Weekends will be on a rotational basis of 1 every 3 weeks and will be working on a remote basis.

We make promises to our customers, and we'll make promises to you too. The key responsibilities in this role include;
- Produce analyse and provide reports as on a daily and weekly basis to the management team and the customer;
- Achieve operational daily targets and KPI's in a timely and effective manner;
- Manage queries from internal and external customers on a daily basis;
- Liaison with other areas of the business to help facilitate a smooth operation;
- Be aware of Health & Safety & ensure to report to managers any variances identified;
- Perform warehouse & operational administration (ie order processing, pod processing, data gathering) as required;
- Deliver accurate information to support achievement of service level agreements, targets and reports in timely manner.

- Possess a minimum of 12 months experience in a customer service environment /role;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Organisational, numerical and administration skills;
- IT literacy;
- A strong customer focus and detail oriented approach to work;
- Ability to read, understand and follow directions/instructions;
- Data analysis & problem solving skills.
