To answer all incoming telephone calls and act upon the callers requirements accordingly in a polite, courteous and professional manner.

Duties and Responsibilities
1. Operational Duties
Answer all incoming telephone calls and act upon the callers requirements accordingly in a polite, courteous and professional manner.
Record statistical and any other information as required.
Answer telephones, transfer calls and take messages for other staff members as required.
Give accurate information to other customer service agents on customer enquiries to the best of your ability.
Operate all functions of the current computerised booking and dispatch system to the best of your ability.
Transfer verbal and written bookings into the computer system.
Check written orders entered by other operators and customer service agents or other staff members as requested.
Communicate openly, courteously and professionally with drivers, callers and other staff throughout your contact with them.
complete Email booking requests and respond in a timely manner.
Liase with driver helpdesk wherever necessary.
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 24-32 per week
Salary: £9.50 per hour
