We are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Advisor. As a Customer Service Advisor you will be dealing with the company's clients delivering a high level of Customer Service from start to finish.
As a Customer Service Advisor you'll need to have:
- Previous experience in customer services industry
- Great communication at all levels
- Attention to detail
- Excellent email manner
- Very good written and verbal communication
- Basic knowledge of automotive parts (mainly engine oils)
Details of Customer Service Advisor:
- Pay rate/Salary range: £23,000 - £26,000
- Start Date: Immediate
- Hours: Full-Time 40 hrs per week
- Duration: Permanent contract
Role of Customer Service Advisor:
- Communicate with clients via email, phone and through reports
- Responsible for the day to day customer service needs for clients
- To ensure all communication with customers is in a professional and timely manner and resolved to the customer's satisfaction using the appropriate channels
- Develop a full understanding of the company's logistical services and products and all relevant Parcel operating systems
- Promote self-services and alternative products to new and existing customers
- Review customer cases regularly
- Contribute ideas to change and improve the customer experience and the performance of the team
- Demonstrate a positive and pro-active attitude
- Attention to detail is required to identify trends
