Location: Rainham, Essex
Salary: £23,000 + Excellent benefits (maternity cover 7-month contract)
We have a rare career opportunity for a dedicated customer service assistant to further their career by joining a luxury brand manufacturer based in Rainham, Essex.
They provide bespoke high-end home accessories to suppliers across the UK and they are looking for someone to deliver a high standard of service to their distributors. Relevant experience working in front line contact or in a call centre environment is preferred but not required.
The Customer Service Advisor will:
- Provide excellent Customer Service at all times in a professional manner
- Have good attention to detail and ability to use own initiative in a proactive manner
- Be able to prioritise and problem solve
- Be able to work well under pressure and meet with deadlines set by the Customer Service Manager
