After-hours Support
Work hours: 2PM - 9AM daily (Monday to Sunday)
Responsibilities:
>Take voice/ video calls and answer guest's messages
>Available to be called out to go to the property when needed (call out fee of £35 will be applied)
*You will be paid per hour of ACCUMULATED PHONE TIME based on call logs
*You will be paid per hour of ACCUMULATED TIME you respnd to messages based on message time logs
*No calls/no messages=no pay
The property is a 4-bedroom house. Each bedroom being let short-term (2 days - 1 month). You will get calls/ messages from guests needing help usually to ask how to access the property, how to use the smartlocks, ask where the keys are, how to turn on heating, etc.
Salary: £20.00-£35.00 per hour
