We are hunting for outstanding customer support advisors to deliver 5* customer service to our onboard Health Insurance members and to complement our already well established team. We have won best health care provider 2022 and had significant growth and there is a reason why!
We need you to join our dynamic team and make a difference to peoples lives today! If you love to talk on the phone and genuinely care about helping others, you will go to extreme hights in our business! All you need is a strong worth ethic and ability to build rapport and we can teach the rest!
Your main responsibility will be to navigate customers through any questions they have regarding documents and policies they hold with us. You will be doing this via telephone in our vibrant offices whilst you train and then you will be eligible for hybrid working which involves 3 days working from home! You will receive full equipment to do this and also will be given excellent training to ensure you are happy and confident to work from home. The role also offers £200 per month as a bonus for the quality of your customer service, no sales or outbound calls!
