Salary details: Grade 5, £21,182, Per Annum
Contract Type: 6 x Full-time, permanent positions, 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday 8.30 AM to 5.00 PM

We are currently recruiting for Customer Service Advisors who are passionate about delivering a first-class service, across an array of access channels, including telephone and face to face. The post will be part of a strong and supportive team, all of whom work hard towards meeting our service and quality standards. We are looking for a hardworking and conscientious person to work in a busy environment. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills, ability to communicate effectively both written and verbal skills, across a wide range of audiences.
