Job Summary
As the Call Handler, you will be responsible for playing a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and support to a strong client base handling incoming calls from customers, and addressing their inquiries promptly and professionally. You will work effortlessly to resolve customer queries or issues with empathy and efficiency, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
About you
1. Customer Service Experience: Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is preferred but not essential. We welcome candidates with a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences.
2. Strong Communication Skills: You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
