Job Description
- Managing a high number of inbound calls
- Recording all corespondents on the CRM system in a accurate manner
- Provide an excellent standard of customer service
- Organise confirmations for medical appointments
- Process payments
- Operate in accordance with FCA regulations
- Please see below for the shift pattern:-
- 35 Hour Week
- Monday - Friday - 07:00 - 20:00
- Saturday - Sunday - 07:00 - 18:00
- Shift Pattern - 8:00 - 16:00 / 12:00 - 20:00
The Successful Applicant
- Excellent communication skills
- Organised with the ability to multi task
- Accurate with good attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Flexible to work 24 hour shift pattern (will include days/evenings/nights/weekends)
- Must have a landline to take incoming calls
