About Our Client

Job Description

• Managing a high number of inbound calls
• Recording all corespondents on the CRM system in a accurate manner
• Provide an excellent standard of customer service
• Organise confirmations for medical appointments
• Process payments
• Operate in accordance with FCA regulations
• Please see below for the shift pattern:-
• 35 Hour Week
• Monday - Friday - 07:00 - 20:00
• Saturday - Sunday - 07:00 - 18:00
• Shift Pattern - 8:00 - 16:00 / 12:00 - 20:00

The Successful Applicant

• Excellent communication skills
• Organised with the ability to multi task
• Accurate with good attention to detail
• Ability to work well under pressure
• Flexible to work 24 hour shift pattern (will include days/evenings/nights/weekends)
• Must have a landline to take incoming calls
