Job description

Working at the weekend to resolve and respond to customer queries using e-mail, live-chat, telephone and other channels.

Working in our busy, friendly customer services team, you will be responsible for investigating and replying to queries and complaints from purchasers, partners and suppliers. You’ll also work closely with colleagues and team leaders to share information, arrange payments, solve problems and escalate issues.

A well organised approach is essential to ensure you achieve required activity levels, and you will also need strong administrative and IT skills to maintain and update records.

Experience in a customer focused role is essential, and to succeed you will also need:

• Good spoken and written English
• Initiative and problem solving skills
• The ability to work to deadlines and targets
• Resilience, flexibility and attention to detail

We are currently looking for Advisors to work at the weekend. A range of shift patterns are available but you will need to work a total of 12 hours each weekend, between 10.00am and 6.00pm Saturday and Sunday, covering a minimum of four hours each day.
