The role
This exciting role is at the heart of our service. The duties include:
- Informing patients about their options with Access Fertility and what programmes are available via phone.
- Assisting the patient through the enrolment process and helping them with anything they need along the way
- Taking queries via a range of channels including telephone calls, Emails & instant messages.
- Excellent time management skills along with a superb telephone manner.
- The applicant must also to be considerate and sympathetic to different patient situations as IVF is a sensitive subject.
Who are we?
Access Fertility is the first, largest and most trusted provider of IVF Refund & Multi-Cycle Programmes in the UK. We work with more than 60 partner fertility clinics to offer patients the chance to fix the cost of IVF treatment, make savings and receive a refund if they do not have a baby.
Who we are looking for
This role would suit anyone who has excellent customer service skills. An interest in healthcare and experience using Microsoft office packages is essential. Previous experience, while helpful, is not required as full training will be provided. This role requires a good standard of spoken Spanish and English.
We have a team in the UK and in Spain. Our team in the UK are currently following a hybrid model with the team attending the office once per week. Our office is based in Farringdon, London and there is remote working for the rest of the week.
