Job Profile

Jo Holdsworth recruitment are currently recruiting a Customer Service Advisor, working for a well-established service provider on a remote basis.

You will be part of a successful Customer Service team who are based all over the UK, being the first point of contact for a high volume of incoming calls from landlords, letting agents and tenants.

Responsibilities will include, but not limited to;

  • Taking high volumes of inbound calls whilst maintaining a high standard of Customer Service
  • Assist with any billing and credit control queries
  • Working on live chat during quieter periods
  • Processing payments where required
  • Dealing with and managing queries
  • Processing membership applications along with the protection and un-protection of deposits ensuring that the correct procedures are followed

Experience, skills set and/or qualifications required:

  • Experience working within a Customer Service role and dealing with customer queries both over the phone and via email
  • Ability to plan and organise, prioritise, making effective use of time and resources
  • Excellent attention to detail ensuring that high standards of quality are consistently maintained
  • Excellent interpersonal and motivation skills, with the ability to work within a team environment and across departments so that effective working relationships are maintained

Salary is up £23,000 per annum depending on your level of experience

Working hours are 40 hours per week on a shift pattern.
