Position: Customer Service Advisor
Type of role: permanent
Location: Remote
Salary: £21000 to £25000 per annum plus up to £2500 bonus per year

We are now seeking to recruit 2 Customer Service Advisors for a busy company based in Stroud. This is a permanent opportunity for truly client care orientated customer service person.
Responsibilities:
Provide an excellent customer service experience for all customers via phone.
You’ll be the first point of contact for the customers, and you will be expected to deliver a great experience to every customer you speak with.
You’ll take ownership of each situation, asking the relevant questions, listening, and finding a solution that leaves our customers feeling that they have been understood and supported in the best way possible.
Skill Set Required:
Excellent written & verbal communication skills across a multiple channel.
Excellent time management with ability to prioritise workloads
Good level of numeracy
Good level of computer literacy including Microsoft Office packages
Accuracy, Tenacity & Integrity
