Job description
Dreamers Academy is looking for a skilled “Customer Service Advisor” who is responsible for handling the customer queries via social media channels, Whatsapp and phone calls.
Job Responsibilities
- Assist company social media accounts management
- Periodic calls to our potential student database and parents
- Call query management of the hotline
- Optimizing content for publication across various social media sites.
- Converting registrant or interested participant in admission of course sales.
- Report on customer feedback and complete call logs and reports
- knowledge about new product releases and other brand messages
- Monitors and develop reports on competitor activity within social media spaces
- Monitoring users' engagement with and feedback on every post.
- Customer service support for student’s parents and learners
Qualifications for Customer Service Representative
- Minimum 1 years of experience in customer service platform preferred
- 2 years of maximum experience will be preferred specially in call center & sales marketing
- Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Ability to work for long periods of time as and when required
- Experienced in working in a start-up company will be preferred
- Sound knowledge of paid social media advertising and ability to write catchy content
- Excellent analytical skills
- Excellent in phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Salary: £10-12 per hour
Job type: Part-time
Office hours are typically 3-4 hours a day , 4-5 days a week (includes weekends)
Job location: Working from home
