Job Title: Central Customer Service Advisor – Full time Permanent contract
Location: Hybrid – BCA Birmingham (Birmingham Business Park, Solihull Parkway)/ Home
Salary: £20,000-£25,000 dependent on experience + up to 8% bonus per quarter!
We also offer a £500 award on successful completion of your 6 month probation period through our benefits platform

Hours:
40 hours per week over 5 days, 9 hours per day (inc 1 hour unpaid lunch break)
Shifts are on a rolling basis between the hours of 08:00 – 19:00 Monday-Friday, 08:30 – 17:30 Saturday & Sunday

Our Customer Service Adviser role is:
To value and recognise our customer’s needs, working to deliver excellent customer service. Ensuring that we achieve customer satisfaction by holding quality, friendly conversations. Giving first point of contact resolution via telephone & email
Your Main Duties & Responsibilities will be:
- To provide support to customers with post sale enquiries, giving the best possible customer journey.
- To resolve a wide range of customer requests at the first point of contact via telephone, email or live chat
- Accurately documenting conversations and tasks
- Ensuring customer details held on file are up to date and accurate.
- Liaising between internal departments and customers.
- Growing and adding to your skill sets via training as you gain experience
To be successful in the role you will be:
- Able to demonstrate strong Customer Service skills (listening, communication, empathy, problem solving).
- Experienced in working within a customer focused role in a fast-paced environment
- Effective at working as part of a team and confident working as an individual
- Skilled with the ability to work with multiple systems
- Positive in your attitude, displaying a natural curiosity to explore and identify all of the customers’ needs by using your fact finding skills
- Able to handle difficult conversations & situations in a calm and confident manner
- Organised and reliable with good time management.
