CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISORCarbon60 are looking to recruit a Customer Service Advisor to work for a large utilities company based in Reading on a temporary ongoing basis.
Only apply if you have previous experience working in a fast Customer Service Advisor environment with high volume of inbound calls.ROLE: Customer Service Advisor SALARY: £14 p/h JOB TYPE: Ongoing contract for 5 monthsLOCATION: ReadingHOURS: Full time, Monday to Friday.WORKING PATTER: Hybrid working - currently 2/3 days in the office and 2/3 days at homeTHE ROLE
- You will support the already customers ranging from both inbound or outbound telephony.
- You will support the already customers via email and website communications.
- You will check outbound/inbound customer letters.
- Data entry.
- Telephony experience is essential for this role. This is a placed role handling between 40 - 50 calls a day.
THE SUCESSFUL CANDIDATE
- Must be comfortable handling high volume of calls daily.
- Possess excellent customer service skills.
- Knowledge of utilities is desirable, although training will be provided.
- Good IT Skills.
- Ability to stay calm under pressure.
