Customer Service Advisor - Priority
- The successful candidate will provide an effortless customer journey and experience to our Priority and Trade customers.
- As part of the role, you will be giving exceptional service to B2B and B2C within agreed SLA’s.
- You will be working in a multiskilled environment which includes appointment booking and offering Spares support as a base line function.
- On a daily basis you will be providing effective responses to both email queries and telephone calls.
- A key requirement is to promote a positive image of Vaillant Service to all customers and colleagues.
- Take ownership of requests through to fruition, delivering on promises made.
- Previous experience of delivering customer service at an exceptional level and computer literacy skills are essential for this role.
- You are highly motivated with the ability to work well either alone or as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise.
- Self-starting with a positive outlook, determination, and passion to succeed.
- Demonstrate the aptitude and attitude to drive high standards and achieve targets.
- Self-motivating with exceptional organisational skills.
