Customer Service Advisor (Part Time Weekends)

The Client
Our client is a national, leading service provider that specialises in complete drainage and plumbing services to a wide range of clients, managing all domestic and commercial drainage and plumbing failures. The company provides a quick and competitively priced response to their clients’ needs whether it be a simple blockage, a drain collapse or a burst water pipe.
The Role
This role is a part time role working 16 hours across Saturday and Sunday on a rotation basis:
Week 1 07:30 – 15:30
Week 2 08:30 – 17:00
Week 3 10:30 – 19:00
They are now looking to appoint a Customer Service Advisor on part-time basis for weekend work. This role would ideally suit students in the area looking for a part-time position, or somebody looking to have a flexible working arrangement around other commitment.
Call centre experience isn't essential but would be a great advantage. Candidates must be personable, confident on the phone and an effective problem solver.
The Rewards
The role are offered on a part time basis working Saturday and Sunday's (16 hours per week). The role is permanent, offering £10.00 per hour plus other company benefits along with opportunities for career progression within a national company.
