Job Title: Customer Service Advisor (Out of Hours)
Location: Campus Living Villages, Endeavour House, Usk Way, Newport, NP20 2DZ
Salary: £23,478
Hours of Work: 42 Hours (Working on a 4 on, 4 off basis, Between 8pm and 8am)

What you will be doing:
· Providing a friendly and engaging reception service to our residents
· Driving sales and delivering excellent customer service
· Conduct regular student surveys to drive and grow engagement
· Ensure that Health and Safety is at the forefront to maintain resident safety
· Most importantly you will be a team player and support your village team
