Rate: £12.50 per hour
Contract Length: 12 months with the view of this being extended long term
Location: Bracknell,
Hours: 37 hours per week (Monday to Thursday 9am-5pm, Friday 9am - 4.30pm/5pm dependant on call rota)
Hybrid working model - 2 days in the office, 3 from home - during training period there will be an expectation to be in the office full time initially
The main aim and primary function of this role is split into 2 parts.
Order Processing:
Taking orders over the phone and via email and processing using internal systems and liaising with various departments to ensure all orders are taken, picked and delivered correctly.
-Accurate manual order entry within GRP system
-Carry out 4 eyes quality check on colleagues orders
-Releasing orders and generate outbound messages to 3PL providers
-Upgrading delivery routes to meet customer expectations
-Identifying order related issues and escalate to CSTL’s in a timely manner to avoid order delay
Enquiries:
To handle all pre-delivery and order related enquiries received via email, fax and/or telephone efficiently and within a timely manner to ensure satisfactory resolution. Achieve this by:
-Answering incoming calls and making call backs
-Responding to emails and faxes received into shared mailboxes
-Managing Order acknowledgment failures
